AMD FX 4300 3.80ghz Bottlenecking R9 270x?

is my CPU bottlenecking my video card? I got the CPU mobo bundle but I was using a 7770 back then. I upgraded to R9 270x later.

Its cool. In hindsight, similar topics are often worded different and search browsers pickup different results depending how the question is phrased. So really more of the same thing will give more results for anyone else.

it just made me curious since I posted my CPU setup if it will work with my specs, then the guy said that the CPU would bottleneck a gtx 970, so I was wondering if it's bottlenecking mine now. thanks again!
