Hi peepz
I recently got a AMD FX 6300
The CPU claims to be just working fine, etc
But... When i tried to overclocked it, the PC turns on normaly, and on few minutes it shuts down from nowhere.
I really need help right here
I turned off AMD Cool' n quite and Thermal throttle as well.
Hoping That someone can help me plz 🙁
My PC specs are:

CPU: AMD FX 6300
MB: ASRock n68 GS FX
GPU: Zotac GTX 1050 2gb
RAM: 8Gb Kingston 1600mhz DDR3
Storage: One SSD A400 120gb from Kingston, and a ADATA SU630 240gb
PSU: Nox Urano VX 650w
Cooler: NOX - Hummer H-240 CL

It's a lot better than what you have now & you can upgrade your graphics card later if you want but it is also an older platform so later on if you want to upgrade again you'll be stuck & have to change the motherboard, processor & ram together. But 200 is a decent price if that's a fully build computer already, just make sure the case isnt too small so you can add onto it later
Case not included, but it fit my actual One
For GPU im thinking on a MSI 1060 ir 1070 gaming X
Thaíse red ones you know

I'd recommend a rx 580 8GB, you can pick one up for about 180USD or much cheaper used and it's much better than a gtx 1060. But at this point you'll end up spending $400 for a outdated cpu/motherboard/ram

PCPartPicker Part List: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/JHrpjy

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor ($129.20 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: ASRock B450M PRO4 Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ($69.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: ASRock Radeon RX 580 8 GB Phantom Gaming X Video Card ($179.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $449.17

This is a much better choice for just $50 more, you just need to make sure your power supply has enough wattage to support it (minimum 400 with no overclocking) and later on you can upgrade to an SSD for $50 more.

Buying old tech is useless because newer hardware is so cheap right now

I tend to also agree not to bother investing into am3+, although the 990fx would fix your issue.

The i5 system seems like a good deal, but it is older and also limits your upgrade path.

Something like a cheao ryzen system would be the preffered way to go.
