Solution
Even though it's 4+1, that motherboard generally does not have known issues with FX-8 CPUs, unless overclocked. I still say it's the PSU. Look at that +12V in HW monitor. It's freaking 9.7v. It's a miracle the PC is on at all. All that, while the CPU temperature is quite normal in that screen.

Aside from that, overheating when using Prime95 is normal on stock cooling.
Again, change the PSU. Whether it's the problem or not, you do not want to run a system on an unreliable cheap PSU for extended periods of time. It's in your own interest.
guys applied thermal paste of cooler master and nw the temperatures are gud and played bf3 for almost 15-20 mins the thermal margin was 15 - 20 while playng and as i removed the cooler there was no paste at all i think the problem was with the thermal paste and even though i will be buying the cpu cooler fan within a month can u plz recommend the best cooler for my processor and as @madmatt said deepcool gammaxx s40 shld i go with tat...??

^ this is all good news mate 🙂

Regarding the CPU cooler - there are far better models than the s40 but in its price bracket not much touches it.

Its a good performer ,its very very easy to fit ,the paste is preapplied on it ready.

Its also one of the shortest 120mm fan coolers around (143mm) & should fit your case no problem.

thanx mate will be back with the results aftr getting the cooler.. 😀
