Solution
Even though it's 4+1, that motherboard generally does not have known issues with FX-8 CPUs, unless overclocked. I still say it's the PSU. Look at that +12V in HW monitor. It's freaking 9.7v. It's a miracle the PC is on at all. All that, while the CPU temperature is quite normal in that screen.

Aside from that, overheating when using Prime95 is normal on stock cooling.
Again, change the PSU. Whether it's the problem or not, you do not want to run a system on an unreliable cheap PSU for extended periods of time. It's in your own interest.
@madmatt30
1) i never had a graphics card and gtx 750ti was my first
2) yeah almost it is i changed motherboard psu ram and few days i bought gtx 750ti
3)nope i bought and fix it by own
4)stock cooler only
5)about the case its an old model and i kept opened one side of the cpu.

i will download it now and run...

Well mate your motherboard is holding up absolutely fine.
You have serious serious issues with CPU cooling mate though .
A minus readout means that chip is past its safe thermal threshold & is not good.

Even the stock cooler (especially with your case side off) should keep double figures or close to.

There is a possibility your PSU is causing this with bad voltages in all honesty or it could just be a bad cooler fitting.
It may even be a bad thermal sensor on the board,it could be a combination of all three.

well, harish0692 wrote, that just 4pins and not 8 (4+4) Pins are plugged in. Do you know for sure it woudldn´t boot with just 4?

but as earlier posted, this motherboard with this few VRMs is an additional or THE problem for sure.

Mates the issue was psu the 12v 4pin has been burnt thank god my motherboard is not damaged as I tried my frnds psu which is cooler master 500 thunder it runs smooth .... and nw wanted to knw which psu is best for my rig can u plz suggest me mates..??

I said from the beginning it was highly likely the PSU, and two additional times I tried to press you into replacing it. Everything was pointing in that direction. Cheap PSUs are known to damage multiple components in your system and they cause a bunch of stability problems. Consider yourself very lucky...

Out of those PSUs you picked, the Corsair VS550 is the best one. But since the Cooler Master 500 Thunder seems to be working fine for you, you can get that one too if it's cheaper. I personally have good experience with both Cooler Master PSUs that I had. But whatever you do, don't go for that Corsair CX.

^ the CX while getting decent reviews when new are proving to be prone to failure after 1-2 years.
The vs 550 is in all honesty notbincredible quality either but does have a BIG 12v rail - near 100w more than both the CX & thunder.

Its the better choice of the 3 with an 8350 in your rig.

Upgradability - you could certainly run a 230w card like the 380 in your rig - nothing higher though.

Hes India I believe - looking at specs & internal components now I would go with the antec, its better quality,it has a huge 12v twin rail & its made by delta who I personally rate pretty highly (certainly a lot more than hec or cwt who make the low end corsairs).

Yeah I am frm india and my budget is around 4k..

Shld i go with antec vp550p ..??

And this is the link which I wanted to buy from
