Not looking for any gaming.... I primarily use my pc for virtualization, web surfing, downloading and burning discs the odd time.. would like to keep the upgrade simple...

AMD 4170 w 16 gb mem is what I was thinking to replace my amd phenom x4 920 8 GB mem machine
