AMD Opteron 6212 Interlagos 2.6 GHz 24MB for gaming?

I am going to be making a budget gaming PC for my friend. My memory express has it on clearance for 70 bucks. Would a server chip be decent for gaming? ( Ark, Day z)

You would probably be disappointed in the performance and not like the expense of finding a motherboard for it.
