should i go with i5 8400 6 Coeurs, AMD RADEON RX 570 8GB , or Ryzen 5 2600 3.9 Ghz, AMD RADEON RX 570 8GB

and who will stay longer ?

There’s a lot of factors that go into this. If you aren’t already, use pcpartpicker.com to plan your build. What ram are you using? Do you plan to overclock? What is your budget? What kind of motherboard budget?

8GB Crucial 2400MHZ DDR4 no i dont have it yet

Get the 2600. It has a higher core clock, however you’ll have to get faster ram for it to run well. Ryzen likes good ram, so I’d recommend anything between 2800 and 3200 MHz.

Both systems he's asking about only use DDR 4 so there's no need to ask about DDR 3

OP seems relatively new to PC building. If they said DDR3, I’d correct OP and tell them to get DDR4.
