Yeah I know, but there are thousand of photos of the cooling vent for the mobo:::: you specified.

besides, the fan rotates with the wire just hanging out from the power supply, and the basic idea is that it is something that has a frequency. So probably overclocking is useless, unless you are playing expensive 3d games.

Or, it can also be used to change the momentum of the fan, which is driven by an electromagnetic engine.

I don't know the the card you specified. So please post some technical parameters, like sound volume of the rig.

I wanted to share my settings and experience with pbo2 tuning with a 7900x,
First off amd default settings for 7000 series are ridiculous, straight to 95c is ineffecient for the clocks you get.

Also asus ai tweaker is lame too, but you have to have all pbo settings in ai tweaker set to auto to use amd pbo
Anyways, I have -30 per core all core offset curve(lucky I know), +200 mhz boost override, 87c temp limit and 3x scalar. I stay in the 70's C while gaming, streaming ,music at 75-80f - 24/26C ambient with a TR FC140 on a kryosheet.

I get 5500mhz boost constantly underload up to 190w all under 95c on an air cooler.
