There are 2 versions of this CPU, one at 140 watts and one at 125 watts. What is the difference? They seem to have the same specs, but is one better for overclocking than the other? here are the links to the 2:

Keep in my mind, I am planning to overclock. If the 140 Watt will allow me to overclock without having to increase the power input then I will go to that, I don't like to mess with power too much but I was curious on any information I can get from it. Thanks

140W is the original C2 stepping, 125W is the newer C3 stepping. C3 stepping brought along lower power consumption by being able to run at lower voltages. It has also improved the performance of the memory controller, if you googled it you should be able to find a review of the new C3 Phenom II 965. A review will explain this in more detail if your interested in knowing more.
