Since the 1035T should be considerably cheaper when released, if you actually mean the 1035t, than definitely get that if you plan to overclock. If not, then the 1055T is still cheaper, and will give you the performance you need, especially if you plan to overclock. The Phenom II X4 955 is even cheaper again, and it will work for your uses just fine at a higher starting clock, but two less cores.
Unless you are doing some professional applications that benefit heavily from Intel's architecture or are gaming with more than two GPUs, which I strongly advise against anyway, there really is no reason to go with an Intel setup for the money. (i5 750 user here)
