Amd phenom II x6 1075T

Hi , I've overclocked my phenom to 3675ghz but it's throttling down during torture test of prime the temperatures are relatively normal
cool n quiet is enabled & Q fan is also enabled
max temperature = 64 Celcius

solved it by lowering the clock and disabling the cool en queit ( the cpu doesn't handle the heat as well as the intel processor previously overclocked
