AMD R9 380 Crashing While Gaming

[Boggle Injection]

As the title states, I am having an issue with my graphics card crashing while playing intensive games (GTA 5, Far Cry Primal). What happens specifically is first whatever game I am playing freezes for about 3-5 seconds, and then my monitor shows "no signal" for a few seconds before bringing me to my desktop where I then have to close the game with task manager.

It is not an issue with the cooling. My cpu hovers around 55-60 under load and my gpu hovers around 70-80 under load.

If its not heat and if its happening in every games it could be any thing you have check drivers " Clean install of drivers" , check PSU if you have voltage problem , Check windows if you have corruption of files. It could even be over heating VRAM.
