AMD R9 M375 vs Nvidia GeForce 840M GT

Hello, I need to know which card is better for Gaming since i need to choose the Laptop between z5070 (Nvidia) and z51 (AMD). Both the cards have 4GB memory allocated.
I heard AMD got heating issues, not sure if its true or not...
So I would be grateful if you advise me on a better laptop for gaming with smooth performance and better fps rates. Thanks.

As per as the specs suggest, R9 should perform much better,but due to lack of proper driver, cant be directly compared now.
But as R7 M265 performed much better than gt820m you can expect better performance from R9.
