AMD Radeon R7 LOW FPS!!!

Can't play any game for more than 10 fps on the lowest video quality. I currently have the latest AMD Drivers 16.12.1 and still can not play League of Legends on 10 fps on the lowest quality. Please help

AMD10-7860K
AMD Radeon R7 200 Series
A68F2P-M4 Motherboard
16gb RAM

Sadly still not a solution to my problem, cant I make it work with what I have?

what resolution for? this apu is good (~50fps) only for 720p on low

Try looking through the bios and see if anything is weird, next step would be to completely uninstall drivers with this http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html, and reinstall with the latest drivers. If the problem persists try installing windows on a different hdd and see if the fps problems continue on a fresh install as well.
