Question AMD Radeon RX 570 low fps and low gpu usage. Can anyone help?

Hello, so for the past couple of days I've been having problems with my computer.

All of my games are running at 1 to 3 fps

Things I've tried:

1. reinstalling my drivers
2. updating my bois
3. making sure windows up to date

The only temporary solution i found is reinstalling my drivers (but it only last for like 2 hours)
I've also order a new psu (coming in tomorrow) that's has a higher watt then the current one i have.

My spec
MSI B450M BAZOOKA V2
AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
Radeon RX 570
EVGA BT 450 W 80+ Bronze
Seagate Barracuda Compute 1 TB
Inland Professional 120 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
16 gb RAM

if that doesn't work out you might have a problem with windows or you are running pirate games..... take your pick and act accordingly. I bet you have a pirated game that installed mining software on your computer.

Thats what it sounds like to me anyhow

Having pirated games has nothing to do with underperformance. Yeah a low quality 450 w ain't gonna cut it im afraid. Let us know how it goes with the new psu.

there is a lot of mining software being pushed with pirated games since last year.
