Ofc the top products gets improvements in drivers for longer times. Check that last chart on that link I posted before. I gave you facts and information cause seams Google is hard for you to use. 0 improving over time the chart is very clear. Just read it.
I rest my case, hard to argue with people who refuse to open their eyes.

the one that need to open their eyes is you. i accept both result and try to think why it happen. that's also why i did not simply accept the average combined score and look at each game being tested. first and fore most the game being tested in july and december is not all the same. in december test more games that favoring AMD card even in DX11 was added to the test suite. that can affect the average score more positively towards AMD. a few years back TPU introduce Project Cars in their suite and the game extremely favoring nvidia card. readers end up asking TPU to remove the game from their test suite because the game will drag the average score (which is called Relative performance by TPU) more towards nvidia cards. it would give impression that nvidia cards simply going much faster in all tittles when it fact there is only one game that affecting the score because it was extremely favoring nvidia cards this is why i did not look solely at average combined score to draw my conclusion but instead looking at the performance at each game to get more clear picture of the actual performance. hardware canucks test is from december last year. the one that i show to you is from february this year. you acknowledge the test done by hardware canucks in december but at the same time you did not want to acknowledge the test done by TPU which is more recent than the test done by hardware canucks. that's why i said you cherry pick which result you want to be your truth. because if you accept that GTX1060 also improve it's performance over time just like RX480 it will not going to sit well with what you want to believe about nvidia: they did not do any optimization after releasing the card and will start gimping the performance once new card are launching.
