Question AMD Ryzen 5 5600X heats up to 100°C at first boot of the day ?

Greetings everyone,
I have got an interesting problem. I start this thread because I could not find any thread which is similar to my problem. Here is what it is,
When I start my pc first time in a day, my cpu heats up to 100°C and stop working if I do not restart it before.
After the restart, it starts like nothing happened and I use my pc for the whole day for working and also gaming. Cpu never exceed 40°C even if I start CPU Benchmark. This problem only appears in the first start of the day.
I recorded and uploaded the firs 2 mins after the startup.

That part is already not normal.

I would say the cooler is possibly not installed correctly.

As I said, everything was normal other than this problem. It was not usually works at high temperatures as people known widely.

I've checked the cooler. It was installed normally. However, I neglect this part a bit since the temperature does not go up much when I play video games or use sth puts load on CPU.

Running benchmark, and not hitting even 60 degrees? That must be pretty damn insane cooling.
