Hello i l just wondering i amd ryzen 7 3800x good for rtx 3070 or i can downgrade for sane speed?

So simulator and build game

Most of those games aren't too demanding. However, if you want to play the latest MS Flight SIM well you should worry more about RAM. The 3070 has their so called "Ideal" amount of VRAM for it at 8GB, whereas the 3080's 10GB would be overkill. But they DO recommend 32GB RAM for the "Ideal" experience.

Note if you decide to get another 2 sticks of RAM to fill all 4 slots, it's best to get the same exact dual stick kit if it's still available. This is because your PC will default to the slowest speed (and timings) RAM if not. Unfortunately it seems the only Corsair 3800 speed DDR4 RAM available now is 8x16GB kits. The next best thing might be same model at 4000 speed. Newegg has such a kit in Vengeance LPX 2x8GB for $150, but you didn't say what model yours was.

And after couple months i will upgrade the fan to noctua and ao water for cpu 320mm or 240m
