Question AMD Ryzen 7 3800x to AMD Ryzen 5 5600x

I have the opportunity to upgrade my CPU, since a friend wants to buy my old 3800X.
The choices I have are Ryzen 5 5600X for a little difference of money or Ryzen 7 5800X for a big amount of money.

I only use my PC to play games, with an RTX 3070, do you think it's worth the upgrade and to which CPU ?

5600x just for gaming is better option.
