So, Everthing was working fine, then I got a new graphics card (AMD Sapphire HD 7770 1gb GDDD5) to replace my old graphics card (Nvidia Geforce 210 1gb DDR3)
I installed the graphics card on the motherboard, plugged in the 6-Pin connector, and installed the drivers from the given CD.
After installing the drivers, My computer restarted and after the windows icon a black screen with my mouse cursor appeared.
I then formatted the system installed all the drivers like intel chipsets, networking drivers etc. and tried the same thing again with drivers from the given CD and also the latest downloaded drivers.
Can anyone explain me what's wrong?

My Specs are:
Intel DH61WW Motherboard
Intel Core i3 2100 3.1Ghz Sandy Bridge
Corsair 500watt PSU
4gb 1333Ghz RAM
20 Inch DELL Mointer (VGA)

Solution
First uninstall the drivers of your OLD graphics card, shutdown the system, remove the OLD graphics card and put the NEW one instead, boot to Windows, Install NEW graphics card drivers. REBOOT.

Well.. If you can see your mouse cursor I don't think it's something related to your graphics card hardware as the card actually works..
Try starting Windows from SAFE MODE and see if it works.. In this case I think you have something wrong with the drivers.. Just try downloading the latest drivers from the website and not from the given CD.

@Khaleal already tried that, BTW i am exchanging the graphics card for a new one. Could you please tell me the CORRECT steps for installing the graphics card and drivers.

P.S. I already have a nvidia graphics card in the PCI slot.
