Question weird issue with wifi at home

hello i have a D-Link DIR-3040 at home everything was working fine until some time last week
the Wi-Fi on my android device is not working
i can connect any laptop / TV to my Wi-Fi but my phone refuse to connect.
well infarct i see it connected but no internet i tries a reset of the ssid same thing factory reset the router same issue.
i have no clue what can be the issue
im at the latest firmware on the router.

In your WiFi settings, try "forgetting" the network you are trying to connect to, and then reconnect.
