I assume you can connect to any other network with your device.
If so, have you tried another browser?
You may have to reset the "Wireless Network Settings" on your device.

We see this question quite often on this forum and I don't think I have seen a reason this happens. People seem to fix it by reinstalling OS or resetting things.

Does your device not even list the SSID of your router but for example sees all your neighbors routers. Or are you saying the SSID exists but it fails to connect to it.

Do you have the same SSID on 2.4 and 5ghz radio bands. Have you tried changing the SSID.

Although not very common there is a chance the router is using radio channels your end device does not support. It should connect on 2.4g since there are less restictions on the channels used. Maybe try to force the router to use channels around 40 on the 5ghz. The issue is there is a large part of the 5ghz band that has restrictions. Rather than implement the restrictions some end device choose to just not be able to use those radio channels. Mostly you see this on 80/160mhz channel width that is used by wifi6. It still should connect at 80mhz unless the router has selected a radio band totally withing the restricted channels.

well
i try to split the 2.4 and 5 and 2 different ssid both have the same issue no internet .
i see all the ssid mine and neighbors
the funny thing is everything was working 2 weeks ago

So it still will not connect if you change the ssid to something completely different.

How would the end device know it was still your router....how would the end device know if you just change the SSID and password or you asked your neighbors for their password.

Technically the device could tell it was the same router in some cases. The mac address used for the wifi radio does not change when you change the SSID. Some routers you can change the mac id the radio sends out. This though would be extremely strange that a end device would have some restriction like this hidden away.

It would be really nice if phones at least gave you a useful error messages. But even PC many times do not since all the really important data is locked away in the wifi chipsets themselves which tend to not be very helpful when it comes to displaying actual information about wifi sessions.
