AMD Stock vs Hyper 101

I ordered an AMD x4 965 BE and I have recently read reviews about the stock heatsink getting very loud. Will the Cooler master hyper 101 be a quieter and cooler than the stock cooler? I also do not intend to overclock.

I wouldn't recommend it for a 965 = 140WTDP
Hyper 101 - Maximum compatible CPU wattage: 95WTDP
