[SOLVED] AMD Threadripper 3960X idle wattage?

I'm posing this question to people who own the 3rd gen Threadrippers. I'm aware that the 24 core chip has a 280W TDP. My question is, what's the average wattage while the system is powered on, and sitting idle in Windows. I leave my systems on 24/7 and I'm curious to know how much power it uses while sitting idle, in real world conditions.

I would guess at idle the cpu would consume around 45-65 watts
with total system as idle being at 60-80

I'm going to wait for Zen 3 to release and see what if offers over Zen 2. Then I will make my choice between that and Threadripper. Thank you.
