So I'm switch from AMD to Nvidia for Christmas and I was wondering how to uninstall the AMD drivers. Some people have said that you have to uninstall the drivers through Catalyst Control Center and then uninstall CCC altogether. Also, some people do a driver sweep with a program like DriverSweeper. Is it really necessary to remove the old AMD files through DriverSweeper or can I just uninstall them through CCC?

Thanks.

Solution
Go to control panel -> uninstall a program (or add/remove programs) -> select AMD Catalyst Install Manger and 'change' button at top -> Express uninstall all AMD software

Have fun with the GeForce and merry Christmas :)
