AMD Zen x86 efficiency

Ok. So I'm looking forward to compare Summit Ridge Zen CPUs early next year to see what I can get best bang for buck after I rack up some cash. What I'm wondering is why AMD is advertising the new line of CPUs with x86 efficiency. Aren't CPUs nowadays all 64 bit? Or am I getting all my facts wrong?

x86 is the PC architecture the CPU is to be used for, it has nothing to do with the fact that they are 64 bits CPU's.

Right, and x86/x64 have nothing to do with efficiency, they're related to instruction sets.
