amf fx6300 overclocking to 4.3

i have a amd fx 6300 at 4.3GHz at 1.4125v but in the soft wear occt it jumps up and down a lot.
was wondering how to fix it?
mobo asrock 970 extreme3 R2.0
psu; thermaltake 500w tr2
gpu; evga geforce 660 sc
ram corsair vengeance 8gb
cooler; corsair h60

that voltage is a bit high you might want to lower it to 1.39 OCCT tests for stability and it puts the cpu through paces high and low it's nothing unusual.

Ok also when in prime 95 I get to the 5 min mark and than get 100 warnings all at once, what's that mean?
upon brining the voltage down to 1.4v the test crashed my pc so that's to low.
