Android sdk tools

I have an android phone running Kit Kat. I installed Android sdk for the purposes of changing my default storage location to my sd card.
I downloaded Android studio and then went to sdk manager & installed the necessary sdk tools. In program files I have an Android folder within that folder is Android Studio I see nothing in Android Studio or within the folders of Android Studio that says sdk tools. What folder do I click on to locate the sdk tools?

Do you mean sdk manager found in tools>android>sdk manager? Don't you need ADB or Fastboot shell for this?
