Annoying PC Hiccups. Help needed

I have this very annoying problem with my computer. it just freezes (and sound stops) for a very very short time (maybe 0.3 secs) every 2-5 secs, it's very annoying. it started by just being GTA online doing it sometimes, then when i restartet, it was gone. then GTA online began doing it ALWAYS, and now, its just when im using my pc generally, it starts about 10 mins after bootup. its very annoying and i've tried EVERYTHING that dosent involve switching up parts inside my pc. if you need specs just ask. Please help, thanks

Only on boot drive? cause thats a SSD

Didn't know it was an SSD, in that case you would want to download the software for the SSD, samsung calls it Magician, it should have some diagnostics you can run on the drive, it will show you the status of the SSD and will usually check for firmware updates and such...is your game library on a mechanical HDD? for example you have windows installed on your SSD but steam and games on an HDD?

its complicated, all my games is on my 1 tb drive (HDD), and windows and most of my programs are on my 111 gb drive (SSD)
