Annoying pop-up "Share Printscreen"

I keep getting an annoying pop-up for "Share Pritnscreen" after certain touchpad action, mostly when moving downward from the top of the pad. My touchpad is not Microsoft compatible, hence there is no adjustment available that I found.
Any suggestions on how to disable this?

Here are some troubleshooting steps that may do the trick for you.
- Do uninstall/reisntall the Touchpad driver first.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Touchpad driver.
- Reboot your PC and it should reinstall the driver automatically upon reboot.
- If it doesn't reinstall automatically, download and install the latest Touchpad driver from the manufacturers site.

Also if you have a One Drive icon on your Task bar disable the automatic save of print screens.

The uninstall and reinstall of the mouse drives appears to have resolved the issue.
