Win 10 cannot detect mouse when you try to install drivers?

I don't know if the link in my post here works - http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-3212953/redragon-titanoboa-driver.html
or maybe this post I made - http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-3359916/purchased-redragon-titanoboa.html
colif realises he has answered this question a few times now...

This driver fixes the "NO DEVICE" problem of the CD driver. - https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B3kBe-0JLOG0d2RLTlZuTTlRdmc/view?pageId=109368387969549960170

Windows may recognize the software as a virus (I disabled the antivirus while installing), but I got the driver from the official reseller of this mouse, and Google Drive has antivirus capabilities, so don't worry about that...

I got this off a video - https://thfilm.net/v-redragon-titanoboa-2-m802-windows10-driver-v1-0-0-4-download-test-no-device-solution-pesR7R-qEMQ.html
