Another SLI question

If it get two gtx 560ti's, one with 2gb of video memory, and the other with 1gb of video memory and i put them in SLI mode will i have 1gb, 2gb, or 3gb of video memory. Thank You.

If I'm not mistaken... I think SLI will lower the 2GB card to match the 1GB

Lonemarine117, is right the 560 with 2gb of Vram will lower to 1gb, and no the 1gb will not add with each other. The Vram will mirror each other.

Despite what some people think, sli memory does not scale. So yes you will have 1 gb total. The memory bandwidth in a way scales but both cards will be utilizing the same information mirrored.
