Antec 300 illusion

I have the antec 300 illusion and I'm wondering if there a part I can buy that will allow me to control the fan speeds outside of the case?

Can you not buy an aftermarket fan controller that would slot into your pc. Will take some shopping to find one that looks nice, but they only cost $20. Or are you looking for a specfic Antec 300 one?
