Antec 900 Tower How Do I Disconnect Power Switch From Top Cover? Can The Wires Be Disconnected From Back Of Switch?

What do you intend to do? The wires are soldered onto the back of that switch. You might as well snip them off at the ends where the heatshrink terminates.

The Switch Needs To Be Replaced. Is The Wire Harness Connected With The Reset Switch? Need To Disconnect From Motherboard? Is The Silicone What’s Holding the Switch In?

Have you contacted Antec and asked them?

Contacted Antec and they replied
It is not silicone. It is glue. just remove the glue and power switch will come out.
The wire harness did not connect with reset switch Need to disconnect with MB
