Antec True Power 430 Watt good enough for this C2D build?

So... I just about have all of my components (waiting on the C2D E6600 to arrive next thursday) and am wondering if my Antec True Power 430 watt will run this system:

Asus P5W DH Deluxe
Core 2 Duo E6600 (going to do some mild overclocking)
Sapphire Radeon X1900 XT
2 GB Of Corsair DDR2-800 Ram (4-4-4-12)
1 SATA 320 GB Hard Drive
1 DVD-RW/CD-RW combo drive

I've calculated my required wattage to be roughly 300 watts on one of the websites listed here, but I just checked the X1900 XT box and it recommends a 450 watt power supply with a 12v @ 30 amps. My current 430 watt does 12v @ 20a. It seems like I'm very close to the threshold that my current PSU can handle, but I would like to save the 80 bucks if I could. Then again, I don't want to get my CPU next thursday and build my system only to have to wait another week because my PSU isn't good enough... Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

If your TruePower 430 is an older model it has a 20 pin main connector. Your new motherboard is 24 pin. An adapter that powers those last 4 pins will be helpful. Rated at 26amps on a single 12v rail, it should work ok. Watch temps and voltage periodically when you get it up and running. Also, there will be no PCI-E card power plug. You may need an adapter for this also.

The newer TruePowerII has the necessary 20+4 pin hookup as well as a pair of 17amp 12v rails.

I don't know what model you have that's rated at 430 watts with only a 20amp 12v rail. If true I'd get something else.

Yeah it is an older 20 pin connector on it... hrrmmm... well... looks like I'll be ebaying my current power supply and getting a new TP2.0 550 watt PSU. Ok, that is officially the last bit of money I'm spending on this new computer build, honestly!
