Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You should stylize your thread/post with info asked of in this thread;
Helps provide context as to your budget, your region/location, your preferred site for purchase and what you have access to.

To add some thought, you might want to include a PCPartPicker link to help streamline suggestions to your build.

If I were you, I'd pick up a non-F SKU processor, since an iGPU is invaluable to have when you need to diagnose display related issues.

I would look at a less expensive case and put the savings towards the SSD or psu. What country are you located and what is your budget?

You are smart to ask for advice BEFORE you buy.

Some thoughts:

Your list would work.
I have no opinion on ASUS vs. gigabyte 4060 cards.

Buy a 12400
I would never buy a F suffix processor to save a piddling $25. The decision always seems to bite you when you encounter a discrete graphics card issue.
The 12400 is a 65w TDP processor. It comes with a perfectly good stock cooler.
I would try the stock cooler first; you can always change it out later if you find it noisy.

I like the case and cases are a personal thing. you will be looking at it for a long time.

A 12400 is capable of running a much stronger graphics card in the future.
To that end, see if you can't afford a 750w or 850w psu up front.
Look for a quality unit. A psu with a 7 year or better warranty is likely to be of good quality.

Do you have any links to where you will be purchasing from?
I was going to purchase them from amazon and new egg depending on the parts price which is cheaper

the thing is not all parts can be shipped if you opened the us/uk so if there is discounts or something there is a chance i can't get it unless you open amazon.sa and the same applies to new egg I really don't know if there is another site that ships internationally but local sites here are either a pre-build or is too expensive for the same parts

there is a pre-build site called infiarc if you have some time can you take a look plz there cuz i don't exactly know what works with what better and from what people say here all the f suffix cpus' aren't good i think you can configure some of the specs there too

Amazon, Newegg and Walmart ship to Saudi Arabia.

yeah what i meant is sometimes there are parts that can't be shipped i don't know why a message appears saying can't be shipped to your location
There was a Saudi that posted her two years ago looking for a build and he posted a link from Walmart that I had never seen before. It listed all the components that Walmart ships to Saudi Arabia and there were components in that link that weren't available in the US. I wish I had saved that link.
