Everything but the psu looks good.

Stick with Corsair, Antec, Seasonic, XFX, Enermax. Google the models to see if there are reviews on them. Some antec and xfx aren't good so you gotta research.

Quick suggestion would be

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139020

$84.99 / $69.99 after mail in rebate / $10 off promo code EMCJKKF59 for a total of $60 for this psu.
That PSU is fine, maybe getting the 750W version would be a better option if plan on going SLI/Crossfire but its a good PSU, it has a nice red led look, modular and 80+ bronze, why isn't it good? Also OCZ make great products like their SSD range.

Wrong lol, OCZ SSDs are some of the worst solid state drives around.

Their power supplies are NO better.

The power supply in question is poorly made and known to have issues. Which is why I suggest changing it.

It doesn't matter what the box says on the outside, its what is inside that counts and the Faltality series really lacks in quality components.

The TX650 is well made and has no issues and is also 80Plus certified which is more than enough.

For running crossfire for your system you want 650W, 550W won't cut it.

If you plan on overclocking your cpu as well as running crossfire. You are going to want to consider 750W instead for head room.

650W is the bare minimum you should buy for that build if you ever want to add a 2nd gpu.

If you don't plan on crossfire but you do want to overclock your cpu, you should still consider the 650W for headroom since 550W is minimum for that single gpu.
Thanks for educating me on that, but OCZ do make great SSD's ( http://www.guru3d.com/article/ocz-vertex-3-240gb-review/ ) look at there vertex 3 series http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=210_902_903, they are great!

Anyway, a 550W PSU is all you need since your not going SLI or Crossfire.
