Any BF4 savvy people here?

Does anyone know why these graphical glitches are happening? I play with everything on ultra at 1080p but it doesn't change even if i set everything to low. I've tried a couple different servers aswell but that doesn't fix it either. I know my GPU and CPU can handle this game at the highest settings.

I play BF4 all the time and have never had anything like that. Check and make sure your video card isn't over heating. That can cause that problem. You may have bad air flow in your case or a bad fan or something like that.
