I have a potential computer build and I was just wondering if there were any changes you guys would make. If you do make changes my budget is $1,200.

The ram is just a placeholder just so I can see the final price of the computer. I have a friend who is selling me 16gb (4x4) of 1600 ram for the price of 8 gb.

SSD.......... what will you be doing with the box? I would start no lower than 256 but the prices have been dropping on the larger ones recently.

buy newer SSD's. The older ones had and still have the majority of the problems associated with complaints on SSD's.

Having an SSD boot drive, and another one for other stuff, there is no way I'd build a $2000 pc and not include an SSD. The difference in speed/response/relability is breathtaking.
