This is going to be my first PC. What do you think of it and what would you suggest I change, if any?

The MSI does have better BIOS indeed, but it has few BIOS cache (Idk if that's what it was called) so if I upgraded to a 3rd gen ryzen processor I'd be stuck with a blue terrible BIOS.MSI motherboards have the best BIOS for Ryzen tuning capabilities and future upgrade. That board is pretty good at its price point with an adequate balance of connectivities and power cycles. The only thing better in b450-f is its VRM mosfets for extreme clocks. I would have selected the Gaming Pro Carbon AC for its all around superiority, but its not currently available. I would take a MSI board for Ryzen anyday over any other brand.
The SSD is significantly better...

That case I have built in personally and i can vouch for it. Its pretty good in terms of air flow and cable management. Problem with that case is, its often not available.
EVGA BQ is pretty low quality. Simply not recommended with this kind of a build. Seasonic PSUs are the most revered for its quality and efficiency. They make some of the best PSUs around and the FOCUS line is much better than that EVGA...

Again, that ACER monitor is something I have personal experience with. You can check the reviews and ratings for its quality.
