Question Any errors in my cabling?

So this is in regards to my other thread that I made about my computer not being able to POST. What happens is that the motherboard lights up for a split second and then goes off. I know I have an R0 stepping CPU, but I can't get into the bios to have it updated. I want to make sure my cabling is alright though to rule out any other potential issues.

the 2 eight pin for the cpu don't look right.

what the motherboard and psu model?
evga-supernova-850-g+ ?

the psu have cpu1. cpu2 for the 2 8pin on the motherboard

I took out my PSU from my working PC and swapped them and tried, still nothing. Motherboard lights up for a split second and then nothing. I swapped a single RAM stick into each slot to test them, and swapped RAM as well.
