http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/2353658 According to this benchmark, my pc is under-performing quite a bit (especially with the cpu and the ram). The temps during the benchmark seem fine (gpu 70-75C and cpu at 40-50C). It's just a bit frustrating since the cpu, ram, and gpu should be performing quite a bit more efficiently than they are. I've already overclocked the gpu, so I don't believe overclocking will help me here. But, any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Motherboard: Asrock X99E-ITX/ac
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5930k CPU @ 3.50GHz 3.00GHz
Installed memory (RAM) 16.0GB G.SKILL Ripjaws V DDR4-2800 C17 2x8GB
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1080 8GB
OS: Windows 10 Home
Processor Cooling: Asetek 550LC 120mm Liquid CPU Cooler Standard 120mm Fan
Power Supply: 1000 Watt-Standard 80 PLUS Bronze

I'm using msi Afterburner and the temp limit is set at 92, so I don't believe it's a temperature issue.

Can you get more exact info about your PSU?

Also your CPU is supposed to be running at 3.5ghz but appears to only run at 3.0.

Your RAM is only running at 2133 instead of 2800 like it's sold as.

Go into the BIOS and make sure your OC is running properly, set XMP profiles for the ram, ect.

The power supply is the Rosewill RBR1000-MS-BRONZE Series 1000 Watt.
Now this part is a bit strange, I went into the BIOS and set the XMP profiles. After that, my pc would start and turn off in about 5 seconds unable to get back into the BIOS. I took it apart and put everything back and finally got it to turn on again. So, I just reset the XMP profile back to what it was before. So I assume that may be where the problem lies.
