Question Any idea what this sound is?

This sound started randomly, doesnt seem to change when pc is under more stress.
I have attached the audio clip and also an image of roughly the location.
I turned external fans off to eliminate that
Any advice welcome

i may be wrong but it could be either the pump, where somehow enough water isnt getting to it and it is running dry for a second, (which i doubt considering it may be an aio), how long have you had the aio for?
or it could be a fan hitting a cable

I have only had the computer a couple of months and it was new on purchase, hadnt considering it may be cooling related, thanks I will check that out.
