i have an Asus laptop and the keyboard worked just fine, usb keyboard and laptop's. this day, normal day, i opened the laptop and worked fine until the screen freezed, i held the switch to shut down. Then, it did a scanning and repairing disk C, i waited, and when it finished the keyboard did not work. the mouse is working, the touchpad is working, but either laptop's keyboard or usb keyboard is not working. I noticed is a keyboard driver issue because it s hid keyboard device and yellow exclamation sign, i tried to uninstall , then restart, i tried to turn off filter keys, not working and i don't know what to do
P.S: in bios the keyboard is working, and fn+f1 or fn+f2 or fn+f3, etc is working.
