Hi, I am looking for a motherboard that has the following features.

1) Micro ATX form factor
2) Supports Intel Pentium Dual Core (E2160) as I plan to overclock it to 3.0GHz. Later down the line I will get a Quad Core for it when they are more affordable.
3) Full PCI Express 2.0 Support.
3) Chipset does not matter as long as I can use an ATI 3870 GPU with it.
4) Cross Fire support would be nice only if the board supports both lanes at x16.
5) Supports 8+GB of Dual Channel DDR2. (DDR3 if possible but not too important at this point)

I have looked everywhere, and have been searching for over a week but have still not found a board yet. I have looked at various different chipsets however they lack certain aspects. I found a DFI board which did not state that it supported an E2160, and also had 2 PCI Express 2.0 ports but running at 8x only. That does not seem to make logical sense and probably would defeat the purpose of CrossFire to begin with. However CrossFire ability is not very important to me as 1 card would suffice. The ability to overclock an E2160 including PCI Express 2.0 with 8+GB of RAM are the most important features I am looking for in a Micro ATX board.

If such a board does not exist, anyone has any ideas whether they will eventually produce one?

Thanks for your support.

I see a lot of boards that are available and at great prices. However, PCI Express 2.0 x16 is missing from these boards. One would think that for a format that's been out since 2007, there would be a board that supports it. The only reason I should get a PCI Express 2.0 compatible board is because I have a GPU that supports it and most other cards will also be PCI Express 2.0 ready.
Everything else in the boards are pretty standard. There is one from ECS in which a review states that it only can take 1 sided RAM in order to max out at 8GB. Does this really matter?

If you do come across a board that'll let me OC the Intel e2160 and have PCI Express 2.0 capability, please let me know. Thanks for the search page also.
