Question HDCP issues

I have owned a total of 3 displays with HDR and had a slight black screen with everyone of them.
4k Samsung genaric 4k monitor weith HDR and PS4 pro
LG CX 55 with my PC and PS5 Pro
Lg 45 ultra gear and my PC

Am i wrong to thing this isnt a common thing to sometimes happen where the handshake show how gets broken between the devices ? The most recent is my LG ultra 45 and my PC where it just cuts out for a second and comes back.
Can anyone offer any feedback ?

How long are the Hdmi cables in question? Over 3m, especially for 4k 120Hz+, can cause intermittent loss of signal quality leading to blinking. Quality of cable can be another factor.
