Any one having issues with new driver update?

Is anybody having an issue with the new driver update from nvidia (358.50)? I use to be able to run the mgs v: phantom pain 1440p @ 60 fps flawlessly with a gtx 980 (stock settings). Now with the driver update fps shoots down to 45 and sometimes 30. I will roll back to the old driver when i get home from work today. Just wondering if others have the same issue.

A lot of people are yes, I haven't updated mine because I heard on the day of release that they were awful.

Definitely rolling back to the previous driver
