I have 2 670s, and a micro ATX board, just want the best cooling solution :p.

Is there a point or is that something I should do months down the road or years?

If I do replace it, I know that for CPU the dot method is the best and for GPU the X method is the best. Do I have this right?

There is nothing to do now and even down the road if you take care of your card you should not have to add anything. But if you do have to add then the artic thermal paste number 10 is good. Good luck to you.

no, maybe just blow out your case with compressed air every now and then to get any dust out thats clogging your cpu and gpu heatsinks
