Any problem with the combination?

Hello guys

i have a question, i have a Pentium 4 3.0ghz 800fbs HT.. but i use it in a Msi g41-p26..with 4gb ddr3 ram 1333mhz...

it is a bottleneck?.. i mean im getting low fps in crappy games.. like play station 1 games lol..i dunno if something its wrong can anyone help me?

Maybe the lack of a decent GPU? Also Pentium 4 are very old. Anything nowadays can probably beat it to hell and back
