Two different sticks, both the same timings, say 9-9-9-24 and both the exact same price $45.

One is 1.35v while the other is 1.5v

One is 1.5v while the other is 1.65v

Any reason not to go with the lower voltages if everything is the same except the voltages and you know from your QVL that both work on your board.

I don't know of any good reason, I am just wondering if anyone else knows of a good reason. The question did come up and my gut feeling is no, just looking to see if someone knows something I don't.

I'm confused, are you trying to use a 1.5v and a 1.65v together?

if so I would grab the 1.5 and 1.65 since it is a closer voltage so your mobo doesnt have as many fluctuations (i'm not sure how mobos deal with different voltage sticks)
